During COVID-19 Lockdown we are offering Car on Rentals which are safe and sanitised on regular basis with Fog Sanitizer and Alcohol Based Sanitizers.

Keeping in mind the prevailing conditions we have framed some conditions for every travel-
- Lockdown PASS For Essential Category: there are TWO parts to this. FIRSTLY, if your organisation falls under the category as outlined in Order No. 40-3/2020-DM-I (A) dated 15th April 2020 by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India with revised consolidated guidelines ( click link below for the notification details . Notification subject to change. Pls refer MHA site for latest updates)

SECONDLY, a self- certification as per sample attached received from an organisation whose category appears in the MHA order as above. This must mention the Point number of the order exempting your category as per order.
- LOCK DOWN PASS FOR NON ESSENTIAL AND INDIVIDUALS: Please visit and apply here for Kolkata: https://coronapass.kolkatapolice.org . For latest updates kindly refer WB Govt site for this purpose .
- MINIMUM BOOKING HOURS: Minimum 10 hours booking being accepted keeping in mind Drivers availability and sustainability of our operations during this time.
- FIXED VEHICLE AND DRIVER: If your duty extend to more than 1 day then Same Driver and Car is required as the vehicle and driver details will form part of the Self- Authorisation Pass.
- Passenger sitting in the vehicles must maintain required distance as mandated by Government of India and to always adhere to standard norms of wearing mask covering mouth and nose and use of hand sanitizer. Number of Pax per vehicle based on type of vehicle (Sedan / SUV) will depend on Govt regulations from time to time and area to area ( Red / Orange / Green ).
- Either of us could be called upon to provide contact details of Pax with places of visit. As a means of easy availability of information, we shall require on a daily basis Name/ s of Pax, cell number, Address of Pick up and drop off points and places visited during usage. Please note this information will only be shared if required by Govt Authorities. Kindly mail us on a daily basis to bookings@gujralservices.com with subject column : CAR #, DATE, USAGE DETAILS .
- Driver fooding during duty hours to be arranged by you as food stalls are not operating.
- Vehicles allotted on availability.
- Per Day per vehicle extra charge of Rs 500 for maintenance as per present requirement.
- Kindly send your requirements with a mail confirmation from your end in acceptance of the above. Mail ID : bookings@gujralservices.com.
- No vehicles will go into Containment Zones and also we are not equipped to catering COVID patients and people showing any form of symptoms. Our Drivers have also expressed their inability to cater to COVID affected or symptoms showing people, so please cooperate and make booking only for safe people.
- Mineral Water, Newspapers and Tissue Papers will not be provided in the vehicles till total lockdown is not lifted due to hygienic reasons.
- Soft Copy of Invoice and Duty Slips: all bills raised with corresponding duty slips will be sent as soft copy by mail. No hard copies of invoice and duty slips will be provided during this period.
- Please do not consume any food in the car.

ALL of the above are for the lockdown period thereafter all the regular contracted terms will apply. Also, please note that Govt Regulations can change from time to time as such Govt sites needs to be visited for latest updations, containment areas, Green / Orange / Red Zones, travel time limits, etc
