Gujral Car Rentals provides chauffeur-driven car rental services including:

• Airport transfers
• Local city usage
• Outstation travel
• Corporate travel services
• Event and long-term rentals

All services are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made via phone, email, website, or authorized representatives.
• A booking is confirmed only after receiving written confirmation from us.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Rates are communicated at the time of booking.
• Additional charges may apply for:
  • Toll taxes
  • Parking charges
  • Interstate permits
  • State taxes
  • Waiting charges
  • Night charges (if applicable)
• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
• Corporate clients may be billed as per agreed credit terms.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on notice period.
• Same-day cancellations may attract full-day charges.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• No refunds will be issued for “no-shows.”

6. Use of Vehicle

• Vehicles are chauffeur-driven only.
• Clients must ensure proper conduct during travel.
• The Company reserves the right to terminate service if:
  • The passenger engages in illegal activities
  • There is abusive behavior toward the chauffeur
  • The vehicle is intentionally damaged

Any damage caused by the passenger will be chargeable.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused due to:

• Traffic conditions
• Weather
• Roadblocks
• Mechanical breakdowns beyond control
• Government restrictions

We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternate arrangements when possible.

8. Liability Limitation

• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.
• Personal belongings left in vehicles are at the passenger’s risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, images, text, and branding belong to Gujral Car Rentals and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
