Terms and conditions

Please peruse the terms and conditions listed below. Your placing an order with us implies that you have understood and are in agreement with the following:

Booking authentication	We accept car hire orders via email only if the email address of the competent authority of the company is registered with us.
Cancellation / change of order	We must receive information about the cancellation / change as follows: Dzire / Innova: 4 hours in advance of appointed time All other vehicles: 24 hours in advance of appointed time Failing this, we will bill the “Minimum charge” for the vehicle, as per the table above.
Calculation of charge	Charges are calculated on hours used or kilometers driven, whichever is higher. The number of kilometers driven is measured on garage-to-garage basis.
Outstation (travel outside Kolkata city limits)	minimum distance driven is calculated at 250 kilometers per day hours used is calculated at INR 200 per day Night detention is calculated at INR 100 per night
Late night charges	If the car is released after 11 PM, a charge of INR 100 is applied.
Taxes and levies	Charged at 6% or as applicable at the time of billing. If you are authorized to pay Service Tax then send us a copy of the Service Tax Registration certificate and confirm that Service Tax will be paid from your end.
Parking fees and toll tax	Payable as per actuals.
Payment due date	Payment is due within 30 days of placement.
Miscellaneous	All our vehicles are chauffeur driven. Rates include cost of fuel.
