General Terms and Conditions
- Calculation will be based on hour or kilometer whichever is higher basis. Time & Kilometers will be calculated from Garage to Garage basis.
- Rates include car with chauffeur and fuel.
- Reading Kilometer, timings and parking fees to be checked and confirmed thoroughly by the passenger before signing the duty slip.
- Outstation Use: Day means calendar day. After 12 midnight it will counted as next day and will be charged.
- Rates do not include parking, toll, interstate taxes, etc. It will be charged as per actual.
- For Outstation trips, Chauffeurs Charges will be charged per day as mentioned in the rate list. Also night retention charges will be charged extra @ Rs 100/- per night.
- For LocaltripsChauffeurs Charges will be charged for usage of car after 11PM or before 6AM Rs.50 /- for all cars.
- Luggage incarat passenger`s risk.
- GST will be charged at 12% subject to change as per notification from Government of India.
- Reservations to be done throughmailfrom company id.
- Cancellation before 4 hours from the reporting time will not be charged.
- In case of next day requirement of the guest, either the same has to be written on the duty slip with the time and place of requirement or the same has to be informed on the email by the guest or the booker.
Payment : Within 15 days of bill placement.
